Emulsion Bakeshop is a family owned and home-based bakery. We focus in creating pastries, custom cakes, and cupcakes for all types of events, including corporate events. We have been in business for almost 10 years, formally known as Piece of Cake by Angie. We are located in sunny Southern California. We cater to the Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, Orange County, Inland Empire, and the High Desert area.

We believe in the importance of mental health. Which is why it is our mission is to help you celebrate life as much as possible. Celebrating the small wins promotes a happier state of mind. Let us help you celebrate all of your wins and life events.
